The year is 3045. People still think there were white people in Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra.

The year is 2015. People still think our universe’s social construct of race applies to Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. 

The year is 2015 and people still get ridiculously defensive as soon as you try to point out that a show heavily influenced by and modeled after east-Asian culture isn’t full of white people.
